Kentucky, having never led and still down seven with 6:28 remaining, outscored Mississippi State 15-2 over the next four minutes to turn a Bulldog upset bid into a 73-64 victory. The Wildcats (26-1, 13-0 SEC) clinched at least a share of the conference title with their win and remained on track for the top national seed come NCAA selections.
