Ranked fifth among MSU’s scoring and rebounding leaders in averaging 8.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per contest as a 26-game starter during his first season at the Division I level... Started all 16 regular-season SEC games and throughout postseason competition last year... Forced to sit out the first three games of the 2001-02 season because of an NCAA-mandated suspension... Shot 46 percent overall from the field, 37 percent from behind the three-point arc and 71 percent from the free-throw line on the year last season... Earned NJCAA All-American Third Team laurels as a sophomore after averaging a team-leading 17.3 points and 8.2 rebounds per game at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Okla... Shot 52 percent overall from the field, 47 percent (59-of-125) from beyond the three-point arc and 78 percent from the free-throw line while earning All-Region II First Team, All-Bi-State Conference and team MVP honors in 2000-01... Helped lead coach Jimmy Voight’s EOSC Mountaineers to a 23-8 overall record and runner-up finish in the 2001 Region II Tournament... Transferred to EOSC (along with head coach Jimmy Voight) after playing his freshman season at Bacone Junior College in Muskogee, Okla...
