Saw duty in 63 of MSU's 64 games...Did not play in 2005 regional tournament finale at Miami...Drew 60 starts--44 as the DH and 16 in left field...Hit .264 with 15 extra-base hits and a career-best 35 RBI...Matched a career-best with a season-ending six-game hitting streak (.318, 7-for-22) in postseason play...Went 4-for-12 (.333) in NCAA regional tournament play...Registered seven two-hit games and nine multi-RBI games...Drew a team-leading 40 walks...Hit .261 in conference play, seeing playing time in all 29 games, 28 as a starter...Paced MSU with 21 runs scored and a .404 on-base percentage in league play.

Played in 47 games and drew 33 starts as the designated hitter in his first season of competition...Became the first MSU player to hit a home run in each of his first three games...Had hits in six of his first eight games...Recorded seven multiple-hit and five multi-RBI games...Hit .273 in 27 SEC games (14 starts).
