HOORAY FOR REA: With his pair of singles Jeffrey Rea moved into a tie for first place on the Mississippi State hit list. Senior Rea now has 328 base hits over his four Bulldog years, matching the total by Richard Lee (1995-98). Lee got his 328 in 967 at-bats; Rea needed 978. And, some good legwork too as his tying hit came on a ground ball to shortstop that he out-ran…barely.
