Parents Weekend Started Friday with Scrimmage Premium Story

With over 100 fans in attendance for the first of three scrimmages to be held Parents Weekend, the Diamond Dogs showcased their hitting prowess during the 11 inning scrimmage.

Freshman hitter Mitch Moreland had the best day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with 2 RBI, while the top pitcher was sophomore RHP Josh Johnson, who allowed no runs on 2 hits and 1 walk while striking out 2 in his three innings of activity.
