Did you know that Coach Croom spoke to over 7,000 folks during the just completed Road Dawgs tour? And many of them were high school students, because not only did he speak to MSU fans at the nightly Road Dawgs events, but he also spoke to student assemblies at Lamar School, Meridian High School, Tupelo High School, Hernando High School, Clarksdale High School and Moss Point High School. And he also visited St. Jude's in Memphis.

One of the highlights of the Road Dawgs tour was the event at Huntsville, AL. They had over 150 folks attend a lunch, not a night event, but a lunchtime event. Kudos goes out to the MSU fans in Huntsville for turning out in such great numbers for a luncheon.

According to what I was told, the incoming freshman class at MSU may wind up being the largest ever. It's great to see the folks at MSU are getting the word out that MSU is the place to be if you want a great education in the state of Mississippi.
