The tour begins on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, when you will depart Columbus, Mississippi with the basketball team and coaches on a private air charter provided by Jet Blue to Tampa, Florida. The flight will include a light snack and beverage service. Upon arrival, you will board a deluxe motorcoach to depart from the Tampa Airport and overnight at the Embassy Suites - Tampa.
On Thursday, December 10, 2009, you will enjoy the day on your own in the Tampa Bay area. At 6:30 pm, the Mississippi State Bulldogs take on DePaul in the SEC-Big East Challenge at the Times St. Pete Forum, which is within walking distance to the Embassy Suites. After completion of the game, you will board the motorcoach and depart from the Embassy Suites to the Tampa Airport to board the MSU Charter to Anaheim, California.
When you arrive in Anaheim, California, you will be transported to the Anaheim Hilton where you will reside for the next two days. On Friday, December 11th, you have the whole day to explore and enjoy Los Angeles.
On Saturday, December 12, 2009, you will depart from the Anaheim Hilton via motorcoach to the Honda Center to watch the Bulldogs play UCLA in the Wooden Classic. Upon completion of the game, you will proceed to the airport to board your charter flight back to Columbus, Mississippi.
