Pelham High School righthanded pitcher Trevor Fitts, one of just seven pitchers that the website Alabama Top Prospects has rated five-star prospects in the Alabama class of 2011, has three Southeastern Conference showing strong interest in him.

"Mississippi State, Alabama and Auburn are all are showing good interest," said Trevor, who was 5-2, with a 2.37 earned run average last season. "I'm also interested in Jacksonville State because (head) coach (Jim) Case is such a great pitching coach. He coached my high school coach."
