Anthony Dixon

It had been three whole weeks, and Anthony Dixon was getting antsy. So when he spun off his left guard and leaned across the LSU goal line, it was like coming home. Because even away from home, the junior halfback is always looking for an end zone. "Oh yeah, that's my favorite place on the whole wide field!"

And a place Dixon has become familiar with over his college career, with 28 touchdowns to-date. Of these 26 have come on rushes, leaving Dixon one shy of Michael Davis' (1991-94) State record. But with two more receiving scores to his credit Dixon is now the leading TD-maker at MSU.
