Anthony Jones (So., WR, 6-1, 180, 4.5) - Played for Seguin High School in Arlington, TX after transferring from Rickards HS in Tallahassee, FL. One of the nation's top WRs as a high schooler. Has everything that college coaches want in a WR - size, speed, hands and quickness. Has a chance to be a December graduate. Signed with Oklahoma State out of high school, but now favors Illinois, Ole Miss, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Georgia and Alabama. Has no offers at this time.
South Oakes (So., OG, 6-1, 290, 5.0) - Played his high school ball at perennial power South Panola High School in Batesville, Mississippi. A tough, strong, smart player who has a very good work ethic. A part-time starter for NEMCC as a freshman. Will be able to sign with a four-year school in December. Favors Mississippi State, Southern Miss and LSU. Has no offers at this time.
B.J. Taylor (So., DT, 6-2, 290) - Played his high school ball at Deshler High School in Tuscumbia, Alabama. As a freshman at NEMCC, B.J. started all the games. Has the size and strength to play on the next level. He hopes to be a December graduate. Has interest in Alabama, UAB and Tulsa. Has no offers at this time.
Reggie Wade (So., Center, 6-2, 290) - Prepped at Deshler High School in Tuscumbia, Alabama. A full-time starter as a freshman at NEMCC. Smart player with enough size to play on the next level. Should graduate in December. Favors Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, UAB and Troy. Has no offers at this time.
C.J. Foster (So., CB, 5-10, 176, 4.48) - Another former Deshler High School football player. After backing up MSU cornerback signee Chris Nance last season, his coaches are expecting big things from him this coming season. Has very good speed and quickness. Should graduate in December. Currently favors Tulsa, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Auburn and Tennessee. Has no offers at this time.
Derrick Zeigler (So., DT, 6-4, 320) - Played his high school ball at Holtville High School in Deatsville, AL. A full-time starter as a freshman at NEMCC. Has a chance to play on the next level due to his excellent size. (Derrick wasn't available while I was at NEMCC.-Gene).
Michael Randle (So., SS, 6-0, 190, 4.6) - Prepped at Amory High School in Amory, MS. Was a starter at wide receiver his freshman season at NEMCC, but has since been moved to strong safety. Has good size and speed. (Michael wasn't available while I was at NEMCC.-Gene).
