"I have offers from UK (Kentucky), UT (Tennessee), South Carolina, Kansas State, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt," said the articulate 16-year old.
He first started receiving offers before the end of last year.
"I think they started back in December," said the 6-1, 190-pounder. "The first one to offer was Vanderbilt."
And schools have stayed in contact with him ever since.
"They keep in contact with me by text messaging me all the time," said Todd. "They say things like 'we are thinking about you and can't wait until we get you down here', something like that. Mississippi State actually text message me today while I was in math class."
Do they ever asked him to call them when they text message?
"They do," said Todd. "As a matter of fact, (Mississippi State assistant) Coach (Shane) Beamer asked me to call him sometime this week. I'll probably call him when I get a free moment."
Based on his number of offers, obviously he is on the favorite list of a lot of schools. Does he currently have a favorite list of his own?
"I'm interested in all the schools that have offered," he said. "I think they all have something good for me. I'm not going to let me being in Tennessee make Tennessee the home team and I have to go there. I think that any school would be a good school for me. I think my decision will be based more on what I am going to do after football because football is not forever. The only thing that is going to get you through this life is an education."
Todd will attend the Scout.com All-American combine in Louisville, Kentucky on May 20.
