Talk about your impressions of Mississippi State overall.
"I pretty much like State. I had always liked them when I was younger. This time, I had a chance to look all around their campus. I just liked everything about State."
What were some things that you did while on your visit?
"I slept a lot. I didn't go to the basketball game. I went and took me a nap. Pretty much during the nighttime, we rode around and had fun."
So, you aren't much of a basketball fan.
You told me in an earlier interview that you had met Coach Croom before. Did you learn anything new about him while on your visit?
"I had met him in December. He stayed at our house for about 2 hours. We learned just about everything about him then. We liked everything about him. I like the way he talks."
What were some things you liked?
"Coach Croom, he is straight forward. He said all spots are open and everybody has a chance to play, no matter what your class is. I liked that."
Where did he say he wants to use you in his offense?
"He likes me at outside linebacker. He thinks my speed is going to take me a long way."
Was there anything else he said he liked about you as a player?
"He said he likes my size."
Did you get to meet any of the other coaches?
"I met just about all of the defensive coaches. I talked to them while we were sitting around."
Who was your player host?
What did you think about him?
"We played each other last year when I was in the 11th grade. He is pretty cool. I really liked him."
Now that you have gone on your official visit, where does Mississippi State stand with you?
"They are in the top three."
Who are the other two?
"It is the Mississippi schools."
Do you have any visits set the rest of the month?
"I am going to Nebraska next weekend and Ole Miss on the 23rd."
