His honors include being selected to the 2014 Southeast - All Region 1st Team, Perfect Game 2013 Preseason All-American Underclass 3rd Team, and the PG 2012 Preseason All-American Underclass Team as an High Honorable Mention selection ... Cole Gordon, OF/INF/RHP, 6-5, 230, L/R, Steinbrenner High School (Lutz, FL)
His honors include being selected to the Perfect Game 2014 Florida Region HM team, Perfect Game 2013 Preseason Underclass All-American team as a 3rd Team member ... Hit .414 with 3 home runs and 22 RBI in the 2014 season ... During the 2013 high school season, Gordon batted .422 (27-for-64) with 7 home runs and 33 RBI in 26 games ... He chose MSU over offers from Tennessee and South Florida and strong interest from Alabama.

Paxton Stover, LHP, 5-10, 180, L/L, Dyer County High School (Newbern, TN)
He is a 2014 Pre-season and Post-season Louisville Slugger All-American Team as a 1st-Team selection ... During the 2014 season he recorded a 8-1 record with a 1.30 ERA and struck out 74 in 48.1 innings ... During the 2013 high school season, he was 9-2 with 2 saves, an 0.83 ERA and struck out 111 in 84 innings ... Aaron Dominguez, LHP, 6-2, 191, R/R, Chino Hills High School (Chino, CA)
His honors include being selected to the Prefect Game 2014 California - All Region 2nd Team, Perfect Game 2012 and 2013 Preseason Underclass All-American teams as a High Honorable Mention selection ... During the 2014 season he was 6-2 with a 1.28 RA while striking out 62 in 60.1 innings ... He chose MSU over offers from Pepperdine, San Jose State and Cal-Poly and serious interest from Arizona, Long Beach State, UCLA and Washington.

Jesse McCord, RHP/3B, 6-2, 180, R/R, Spanish Fort (AL) High School
His honors include being selected to the 2014 Pre-season and Post-season Louisville Slugger All-American Team as a 1st-Team selection, a 2014 MaxPreps 2nd-Team All-American, being selected to the Perfect Game 2012 and 2013 Preseason Underclass All-American teams as either a High Honorable Mention or Honorable Mention selection. He was also selected as a 2013 MaxPreps Underclass All-American. In addition, he made the 2013 MaxPreps Baseball Medium Schools All-American Second Team. He also earned an invitation to the 2013 East Coast Pro Showcase, an invitation-only event where the players are selected by pro baseball scouts ... He hit .361 with 4 home runs and 32 RBI while recording a 12-1 record and 0.73 ERA while striking out 112 and walking 24 in 86 innings on the mound during the 2014 season ... During the 2013 season, he was 9-1 with a 0.91 ERA while striking out 106 and walking 25 in 69.1 innings. As a hitter, he batted .488 with 18 home runs and 78 RBI ... Taylor Stafford, OF, 5-9, 170, L/L, New Hope (MS) High School
His honors include being selected to the Mississippi High School Coaches Association 2013 5A All-State First-Team ... During the 2014 season he hit .327 with 3 home runs and 38 RBI ... He helped lead his team to the Mississippi 2013 and 2014 5A State Championship series ... He chose MSU over interest from Ole Miss and Alabama.

Andrew Mahoney, LHP, 6-2, 210, L/L, McGill-Toolen Catholic (AL) High School
His honors include being selected to the 2014 Perfect Game Southeast All Region 2nd Team as well as the Perfect Game 2012 and 2013 All-American Underclass Honorable Mention teams ... Andrew had Tommy John surgery in August, 2013 and will not pitch his senior season ... Prior to his injury, he was consistently throwing in the 90 miles per hour range, topping out at 94 ... He was 8-2 with a 2.10 ERA as a junior for McGill-Toolen ... Prior to his surgery he was receiving interest from LSU, Mississippi State, South Alabama, Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss and Air Force, among others.

Daniel Brown, LHP, Sophomore, 5-10, 175, L/L, Tyler (TX) Junior College
During the 2014 season at Tyler JC he was 10-1 with a 1.76 ERA ... The NJCAA selected him as the DIII Pitcher of the Year ... His honors in high school included being selected to the second team 2013 ETSN.fm East Texas Baseball Super Team honors as a senior and also participating in the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament ... As a high school senior at Mount Vernon (TX) High School he played outfield and pitched and on the mound was 9-2 with a 0.51 ERA. He struck out 171 strikeouts while walking 26 in 82.2 innings ... He chose MSU over interest from Dallas Baptist, Arkansas, Texas A&M and Ole Miss.

Matt Spruill, MIF, Junior, 6-1, 190, R/R, Panola (TX) College, (Lake Braddict (VA) High School)
As a sophomore at Panola College he hit .318 with 3 home runs and 32 RBI. Stole 14 bases in 20 attempts.

Luke Reynolds, MIF, Sophomore, 6-1, 180, L/R, HInds (MS) CC (Forest (MS) High School)
Led his team to the NJCAA national championship game while batting .376, scoring 63 runs, hitting 5 home runs and knocking in 35 ... Named Team MVP and picked to the MACJC All-State first team in 2014.

John Holland, MIF, Junior, 5-11, 175, L/R, Chattahoochee Valley (AL) CC (Northview High School (Johns Creek, GA))
During the 2014 season he hit .406 with 8 triples, 4 home runs and 38 RBI. He also stole 26 bases in 31 attempts ... Signed with Florida State out of high school and hit .243 in 41 games as a freshman, then sat out his sophomore season due to a back injury before transferring ... In high school he was named first team All-Region as a senior and second team All-Region as a sophomore ... Earned Rawlings Pre-Season All-America honors at the start of his junior season ... hit .416 as a sophomore, .456 as a junior and .420 as a senior in high school.

Michael Smith, OF, Junior, 5-10, 165, R/R, Walters State (TN) CC (Battle Ground Academy, Franklin, TN)
As a sophomore he hit .331 with 4 home runs and knocked in 36 runs. He stole 29 bases in 31 attempts ... His high school honors include being selected ot the Perfect Game 2012 Southeast Region team as an HM selection

Logan Elliott, RHP, Sophomore, 6-1, 175, R/R, Tallahassee (FL) CC (Dunwoody (GA) High School)
As a freshman at TCC he was 7-1 with 5 saves and a 2.19 ERA ... His honors in high school included being selected to the Perfect Game 2013 Southeast Region team as an HM selection ... Chose MSU over interest from Florida State.

Josh Lovelady, C, Junior, 6-0, 190, R/R, Shelton State (AL) CC (Prattville (AL) High School)
Batted .176 in limited action as a sophomore after being hit by a pitch and breaking his jaw ... As a freshman, in 27 games, he hit .356 ... Batted .346 during his career at Prattville High School.

Cole Barlow, RHP, Junior, 6-1, 190, R/R, Jones County (MS) Junior College (Madison Central (MS) High School)
During his sophomore season at JCJC he he was used as their closer and recorded 10 saves and a 0-0 record in addition to a 3.77 ERA. He struck out 18 in 14.1 innings while appearing in 16 games .... His freshman season at JCJC he was 1-2 with 3 saves and a 1.86 ERA ... As a high school senior he was selected to the 2012 Perfect Game Southeast Region team as an honorable mention selection ... As a senior in high school he was 4-5 with 1 save and a 3.33 ERA.

Trent Waddell, LHP, Junior, 6-3, 210, L/L, East Mississippi (MS) CC, (Northridge (AL) High School)
2011-2012 - Medical Redshirt 2012-2014 Seasons - For his two-year EMCC playing career, Waddell batted .269 with 15 doubles, 10 home runs, 47 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He walked 72 times and was hit by 16 pitches during his two seasons in Scooba. Defensively, he committed just 7 errors in 656 chances at first base. Pitching-wise, during his two-year playing career, he was limited due to a bone spur in his throwing arm (it has been fixed and he's through with his rehab), he threw 6.2 innings, allowing 5 earned runs on 7 hits and 2 walks while striking out 12. His ERA was 6.75. He gave up all 5 earned runs his redshirt freshman season (2012-2013). He allowed 0 runs on 3 hits and 1 walk while striking out 7 in 4 innings his sophomore season (2013-2014) after he was through with his rehab late in the season.

He is a 2014 Pre-season Louisville Slugger All-American Team as a 1st-Team selection, he is ranked among the top 35 players in the nation by Perfect Game, a national high school baseball scouting service. According to Perfect Game, Chase has "huge power and a big arm behind the plate. (He was the 2013) Home Run Derby champ at (the) Perfect Game National." ... Chosen to the 2013 Perfect Game All-American Classic Game ... During the 2013 season, he hit .423 (35-for-96) with 12 home runs and 32 RBI ... He chose MSU over an offer from LSU and interest from Alabama, Stanford, Memphis, Louisiana Lafayette, Northwestern, Virginia Tech and Missouri.

His honors include being selected to 2014 Pre-season Louisville Slugger All-American Team as a 1st-Team selection, the Perfect Game 2013 Preseason All-American Underclass 2nd Team and the PG 2012 Preseason All-American Underclass Team as an Honorable Mention selection. He also made the USA Today (Tennessee) All-Midstate Baseball Team as a 2nd Team member ... During the 2013 season, he hit .433 with 6 home runs, 16 RBI and 14 stolen bases ...
