Ravenel talked about his overall game.
"I don't try to do too much to help myself (instead) I like to get my teammates involved," he said. "I do like to shoot open shots, dribble and penetrate and play defense."
He prides himself on his defensive play.
"Defensively, I try to keep my offensive player out of the paint as much as possible, try to get them in foul trouble, try to do anything that I can to shut that person down," said Ravenel.
As of now, four colleges are showing interest in the 2015 combo guard.
"Georgia State, Elon, the University of South Florida and Georgia are recruiting me," said Ravenel.
Ravenel, along with his high school coaches and a few of his players participated in a camp help at Mississippi State. He came away impressed with what he saw while there.
"Mississippi State is a great school, a great campus," said Ravenel. "I enjoyed my time at Mississippi State. When it comes down to it and I'm blessed enough to be recruited by them, then I would be very interested in them."
He already has a previous relationship with MSU's head coach, Rick Ray.
"I've talked to Coach Ray when he was (an assistant coach) at Clemson University so I've known him for a while now," said Ravenel.
