A developing story with Dobbs?

A developing story with Dobbs?

Joshua Dobbs is the no. 2 quarterback in the south and he has been committed to Arizona State since the summer, but there are plenty of other schools coming after him. He is one to watch as close in on signing day.

Joshua Dobbs is not talking. Nobody in his camp is either, but through different sources close to this, Scout knows Dobbs is not 100-percent committed to Arizona State.

Dobbs has been in communication with multiple schools and he will likely be on two campuses that are not Arizona State's the next two weekends.

For now, it looks like Tennessee will have him on their campus this weekend (1/25). The Vols have made a big push here and they are one to really keep an eye on.

Mississippi State is another school that has kept in touch with Dobbs. The Bulldogs made a run at him, but they may not be willing to wait to see if he wants to visit Starkville the first weekend in February.

From what we have gathered, around four or five schools are still trying to get the four-star signal caller out of Alpharetta, Ga. on their campus between now and signing day. No official visit for next weekend has been scheduled yet.

Tennessee may have their shot to change his mind this weekend, but at this time, Dobbs is still a Sun Devil commitment, but he is not finished exploring his options.

We are now 12 days out from national signing day, so hang on. There will be more news to come on this 6-foot-3, 185 pound student-athlete.

Stay tuned to Scout for the latest on this developing story.
