The MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update is a free weekly feature available to all readers during high school football season. We will do our best to keep you up to date with his the future Bulldogs are doing in their final seasons before heading on to Starkville next year.

Scott Austin and Biloxi (1-1) destroyed St. Stanislaus 63-14.

Austin caught a 27 yard touchdown pass for his second scoring grab of the year.

The Indians piled up over 600 yards of total offense.

BHS will travel to Gautier next week.

Brandon Wells ran for over 100 yards and helped Bogue Chitto to a shutout win over Loyd Star in week one.

Wells was among the leaders this week as the Bobcats (2-0) blasted Enterprise-Lincoln 39-0 for the second straight shut out of the season.

Bogue Chitto will travel to Hartfield Academy next week.

Kailo Moore sat out the second half of West Bolivar's week one win over Clarksdale 7-6.

This week Moore got on track and led his Eagles to a 20-7 win over Cleveland High in the annual Battle for Bolivar County.

West Bolivar will travel to Ray Brooks next week.

Chris Jones led a strong defensive effort as Houston (2-0) got by Calhoun City 37-14.

The Hilltoppers will be on the road next week as they take on Okolona.

Jamaal Clayborn and Jackson Academy (2-0) kept things rolling along as the Raiders blasted Northeast Lauderdale 40-14.

JA will host River Oaks next week.

Kent Flowers and a young Hollondale-Simmons squad dropped to 0-2 after a 44-14 setback.

Simmons will look to get on track this week at Leland.

Gabriel Myles sat out Friday's 24-8 loss to Madison Central with an ankle injury.

Myles should be back in action next week as the Yellow Jackets take on rival Tupelo.

Jake Thomas and Columbus enjoyed an early bye week this week. The Falcons (1-0) take on West Point next Friday.

Deon Mix and South Panola will host Hoover next week in a dream match-up between the two state powers.

Shelby Christy caught a nice 30 yard grab in a 17-6 win over East Ascension in jamboree action.

Dutchtown will travel to Lutcher next week in the season opener for both teams.

Cord Sandberg threw a 66 yard touchdown pass and run 23 yards for another score as Manatee jumpred out to a 35-0 halftime lead.

Manatee who played mostly reserves in a second half coasted to a 49-14 win over Osceola.

MHS will take on Miramar next week.

Alabama High School opens up next week and Mississippi JuCos get it going this Thursday.
