A Q&A With Delaryn Dodd

Scout.com talks with class of 2012 wide receiver Delaryn Dodd of Whitehaven High School about the camps he has attended and how his recruiting is going.

What is your height and weight and your forty time?
Delaryn Dodd - "My height is 6-5 and and my weight is 195. My forty is like 4.5."

What camps have you attended?
"I went to the National Underclassmen Camp, the Badger Camp at BCS in Memphis, Tennessee, recently came from a Southern Miss Camp yesterday, and I'm here at Mississippi State today."

Have you thought about what other camps you plan on attending this summer?
"I want to go to another Southern Miss Camp and try to get in an Auburn Camp."

What colleges are showing interest in you at the moment?
"Southern Miss and Auburn."

What have the coaches at the camps told you that they like about you?
"They like my size, strength and ability. They told me that I need to work on a lot of the small things."

What position do you play?
"I play wide receiver, a little tight end. But I'm very new to football. This is my second year to play and my first year to play offense."

What do the colleges that are recruiting you say they are recruiting you for?
"They are recruiting me for wide receiver."

What position do you prefer playing?
"I want to play wide receiver in college."
